Bought under counter ice maker and fridge from them back in 2016 thru Lowe's. The ice maker never worked when I brought it home from Lowes and returned it to buy a well known named replacement. Now 3 years later the fridge keeps tripping my breakers. Tried to order replacement parts (crossing my finger it is a relay and not the compressor--all us DIYers know what a bad compressor means) and mysteriously the part is "on its way" for 2 weeks. After reviewing the warranty and online reviews, I am shocked that this company still exists and even more angry at Lowes for endorsing these junk appliances. Always buy brand name appliances! Never ever again will I buy from some no name company in the Bronx called Summit. I should have known.....9/21/19 update/status/response to company---why do I have to contact Ray if I already ordered the part. You have my address and email. Instead of a template response, why don't you just send me the parts I ordered. I am tired of the games
