Was our salesman, he has a excellent customer service skill and wonderful personality that made me drive from Fresno Ca to Los Angeles which is 3 hours away, just to purchase our Mercedes from him. Unlike other salesmen he took my phone call seriously and help me find the right car that fit my needs. We purchased our C class March of 2015 and now I am looking to purchase a GLC and will definitely travel back to Van Nuys to purchase from Grayr. Even till this day he's very welcoming and if anything I need in regards to my current Mercedes and future Mercedes ( GLC ) as he mentioned he's only one call away.
