I love the soap.. i bought a 3 pack and 2 of the b...

I love the soap.. i bought a 3 pack and 2 of the bottles , the pump doesn't work... it defeats the purpose when you buy the product for the look and they dont work.

Did you ever get the pump to work? The arrow on the top shows to turn it counter clockwise to Open. I finally got it to pop out by holding the collar w/my left thumb. Pain in the a$$ to get open.
