I was hit by one of your drivers three weeks ago and still cant get anything done about the damages to my vehicle. After weeks of not being able to get anyone to help me and never seeing an adjuster I received a check in the mail for an amount that isn't anywhere near what it will take to fix my car. No rental vehicle or anything. I called your toll phone number for dallas and they told me to talk to my local office that I can never get a hold of!!!! Im filing a report with the BBB.
