I recently stayed at the Riverhead location this past weekend, being that I stayed here in the past I though it would be the perfect place for a second stay. When I checked in I noticed my bed sheets had red stains all over it, I checked in around midnight and couldn t call for a change until the next day. The next day when we left our room and returned after 10pm I noticed our room was never made up and I was forced to stay with the same dirty sheets. I also order food from the restaurant, took it back to my room and found a live bug in it, when I complained I was offered a gift card to the restaurant for a future stay, why would I eat there again after finding a bug in my food??? When I asked for a manager at checkout to voice my concerns the agent said he was not available and could do anything more for me. Needless to say I will never use this hotel again and advice all to stay away.
