Our old water heater burst and was leaking all over the basement. Matt from Applewood was there quickly and helped cleanup, then gave us the options for a replacement. He went over the different options and got started immediately upon our approval. Not once did I feel pressured into anything. Matt was courteous and professional the entire time. The work he did was excellent. I ll definitely use Applewood again!
