My husband was hospitalized on the 3rd floor for 3 months due to a stroke that paralyzed his left side. Initially I was happy with the staff, which, to be honest, has always been very courteous, only they are always in a hurry. My husband has an immobile and very sore arm and the operators (not all fortunately) were unable to move him without causing him pain. Several times he was asked to pay attention, but due to too much haste they continued not to respect the patient's pain. There has always been much chaos in the department, both day and night. The operators do nothing but scream careless of those who are sleeping. The nurse Alessandro is the top, very respectful and very polite boy. The OSS Patrizia is the only one who has always treated my husband as a normal person and not as a fool. She helped him a lot. One oss even dropped it and said nothing. Fortunately my husband, while not speaking well, was able to explain what had happened. Obviously I communicated immediately to the occupant of duty. My husband had back pain for days and instead of making a slab they did spend at least 10 days before doing it. As for rehabilitation, they did a good job for both the torso and leg but did nothing for my husband's shoulder, which over time went down further and caused a shift from the venue. Several times he was asked if he should put a guardian in, but the answer was always negative. Consequences, sore shoulder, tachypirine 2 times a day, tendon lengthening, and shoulder off the seat. Transferred to another structure, he was immediately given a tutor who is helping him a lot.
Rooms very small and difficult for those who are in wheelchairs, practically everyone.
disappointed
