If you ever have any questions calling them is a waste of time. I had a few questions about possible repairs. Called and talked to a lady one day and a man the next day - both said the property manager would contact me. A few days went by and I never got a call. I call again and left a message on the property managers line. No one ever called me back. I come home and they repaired it when I told them to call me first, and then they charge $275 to my account when the damages were not from me. Very unprofessional.
