Visited Bournemouth today and after realising had to pay to walk on the pier decided against going on it. If it was a entry fee with free rides etc then wouldn't complain but the whole charging to go on the pier is somewhat a no no. It's a tourist attraction and was glad I didn't pay as the entrance has recieved graffiti and isn't the nicest looking pier.. Walked away not feeling disappointed but more of a winning streak as intend to spend money but not paying for an attraction then spend more money once on.
