I've been a customer of Amerant for a few years now and I can say with confidence that their service is average. Nothing too impressive, but nothing too terrible either. Their website, amerantbank.com, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The customer support team is generally helpful and responsive. However, I do wish they offered more competitive interest rates on their savings accounts. Overall, my experience with Amerant has been satisfactory.
