I just received my additional element for my little kitchen. I was forced to pay the full amount instead of half and it was the first week of December. I have been promised that it will take a maximum of 2 weeks. Today is February 1st. The best surprise is that the element misses the facade, so they will leave the element like that until Gods knows when. I am really disappointed and would like to share my experience and warn you that Delta cuisine lacks honesty and professionalism.
