Does this court actually exist? I have lost count...

Does this court actually exist? I have lost count on the amount of times I have called and been on hold every time for at least 30 minutes, and yet no information or answer. I have sent 6 emails from the 30th August requesting information about my up and coming court date, again no answer from the courts. You can not speak to anyone if you turn up at the courts so what do you do???
