Check-in went smoothly, however the first room I entered had water damage in the ceiling, pealing wall paper, and mold. The room looked like it hadn t been cleaned, with dirt and food on the floors, and a suspicious white substance on the bedskirt. I called the front desk, on my personal phone since the phone the room did not work, and was moved into another room. The new room had a hole in the wall, the balcony door was slightly open, the entry light didn t work, and the plumbing cover for the tub was away from the wall. When I called the FD again, I was placed on hold, and when the attendant came back to the line, she said what would you like us to do... what a stellar example of customer service that is... I requested a full refund and checked out. When I checked out, the attendant stated oh, they told me about you I do not recommend staying at this property. Not one person said I m sorry for the experience. Try the Hampton Inn South, she remembered my phone number, and came outside to make sure I knew where to park for check in...
