My neighbor's tree was struck by lightening on May 9, 2016. It totalled my SUV and did some damage to the rear tailgate and window of my Van. Immediately I called UAI to make two claims. Today it's July 11th and my van is ready and fixed yet the body shop cannot release my vehicle because United Automobile Insurance has not paid them the supplemental insurance they need. Every time I call UAI I never get any help or answers just excuses. The customer Service is very poor. BEWARE DO NOT GIVE UNITED AUTOMOBILE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!
