This is a great experience!!! Kids loved all the hands on demonstrations. Im born and raised in these islands so i respected & really loved what each culture had to offer and its authenticity however the Alii luau was horrible, poke (raw fish) was old, absolutely nothing made with coconut? No laulau no squid luau no fried fish? Us hawaiians used coconut for so many things and to not find it was sad. Laulau is a staple hawaiian food so for it to be non existant at a Hawaiian buffett was just wrong lol.
