Legitimately the worst experience in health care I've ever had. The doctor was rude and acted annoyed when I asked questions simply trying to get informed. She wasnt gentle at all with my exam, nor did she warn me about digging into my insides. I got some bad news and the nurse who called was monotone, short, careless, and felt cold and heartless. These people do not care about you or your health, only a paycheck. As everyone else said, very unprofessional. You'd think doctors and nurses would have even an inkling of people skills, but this clinic is the polar opposite. To make things even worse, the nurse who diagnosed me said she'd send my medication to the pharmacy. I arrived at the pharmacy only to have nothing waiting for me or even input in the system. The pharmacy told me they would call my doctor to get the prescription for me. When the pharmacist called me I figured shed be telling me my prescription was ready but lo and behold, she called the doctor and her nurse said she had no idea what she was talking about!!!! Completely incompetent, rude, and ridiculously careless. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
