I have been doing business with this UPS store for several years using the following services:
Fax machine
Shipping important documents that had to be tracked and signed for
Notary Public
Made my own copies
Had staff make copies
Shipping materials to an associate or return to a business

I have been waited on several by several different staff personnel, because my trips have been few and far between. I am a first time customer to most of the employees I encounter. I have always had pleasant experiences because every employee who has waited on me has been courteous and knowledgeable of all your services that I have used. I find your prices to be reasonable ( with AAA and AARP membership) and the store to always be properly staffed for the number of customers present. In other words the wait time is reasonable.
