Let me start by saying this, if you are out of town looking luxurious experience, skip this place. The price does not match the experience at all.

At my stay, I wanted to take a bath.. I was excited because coming from Wicker Park, nice bathtubs are rare. So when I saw the beautiful tub, I was excited!! So of course the first thing I did was rip my clothes off and jump in the water! All was good until about 5 minutes later, the water started draining! I'm like" what the heck. Did I do something wrong?!" So after about ten minutes, the tub was completely drained.. So I made sure to double check everything while preparing for a second bath and the water drained again!! I was so upset but I decided that I'm not going to get completely worked up over that. So I just put my clothes back on and decided to just get ready for the evening instead.

I went over to the bathroom sink and plugged in my straightener and curling iron. Go figure the outlets do not work. I had dinner plans that evening, so I had to get ready in the bedroom area where one outlet worked! It was the worst experience ever.

Dinner was good, ate at the restaurant in the hotel lobby, Capital Grille. Good food, slow service.

Today I decided to take a shower. Wasn't the greatest experience since I had to clean the shower head. IT HAD A CALCIUM BUILDUP THAT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS GROWING FOR 5+ years. So I had to play maid on my vacation. This shower had a glass door to hopefully keep the water from draining on the floor.. Pointless because when I stepped out, I was greeted with a pool of water. Seriously about an inch of water covered my feet. My clothes were drenched. Thank goodness I was not an elderly lady because I would have fallen. So folks, do not bring your parents here in case of an emergency fall. Lawsuit waiting to happen...

Room service failed as well. Paid 90 dollars for breakfast. I ordered the pancakes that were supposed to come with assorted fruit, got a slice strawberry instead. What the hell? Waste of money. I felt sick afterwards because my stomach could tell the pancake mix was cheap. Not 90 dollars worth.

I decided to leave, so I called for valet go get the car. After 20 minutes later. No joke 20 minutes, the middle age, dark hair, Asian man drove my car no where near me. I HAD TO WALK TO MY CAR WITH NO HELP, ABOUT 5 FULL BAGS (because I went shopping before) AND ANNOYED SINCE IT TOOK THEM 20 MINUTES. He didn't even open the door for me. I told him he was rude for letting a lady carry all her bags and open the doors all by herself. He was joking with another man next to me saying how he lost his sunglasses. He completely ignored me. Why do you even have a job? You were completely rude...
