The quality of teaching (did a Cambridge First course) is brillant but the organisation is really poor!
I booked a "Meet and Greet" Arrangement at Dublin airport. A school representive should have been at the airport and take me to Galway. Nobody has been there so I called the emergency number I got. The guy on the line told me that he isn't responsible for this case and hang up.
In school we had to deal everything by ourselves; for example we had to ask several times for the schedule for the exam. There were some other difficulties with the organisation as well...
The staff is very friendly and as mentioned before the teachers are awesome so it's quite sad, that the organisation is so poor.
