Really stellar experience. Got the Sushi grade New Zealand salmon, tuna, and toro. Great quality and the guy who helped me at the counter was super super helpful and answered my *many* questions on their available sushi grade fish. They have several fresh sushi grade that they cut for you and then a lot in the freezer you can personally peruse through too!
