Last night, after not having been with de Jonge Dikkert for several years, I went back again.
It was a very successful evening.
The total picture is correct! Great ambiance, good service, delicious dishes full of flavor, time between courses was perfect.
We chose the 6 course dinner with a matching wine pairing and no course was "less".
As far as I'm concerned "on to a star" and we'll be back again soon!
