On the 1st of June 2019 me and 4 of my friends were gathering at Agora bar at Rixos Libertas in Dubrovnik for coffee and shisha. At the end of our evening when we asked for the bill the waiter came and without any paper receipt said is sixteen hundred . We paid 1600 kuna but few minutes later after realising that the price for 3 shisha ( as coffee bill was paid separately ) is a bit over even for 5 star hotel, we asked another waitress the price of 1 shisha. She answered that it is 200 kuna. So our total bill for 3 shisha suppose to be 600 but not 1600. My friend went to the waiter who took from us 1600 and asked to check what s happened. However the waiter answered that he received only 600. After that my other friend joined them and asked to return our money. At the same time another waitress became a witness of all the situation and told the waiter to return us our money. After that the waiter return extra 1000 kuna from his pocket.
Never before experienced such situations in 5 star hotel specially so well known.
