I was a first time scared customer, afraid to be cheated again here in Phoenix. But now... I can't say enough good things about this business and the employees.
They are thorough, considerate, and honest. This is the best auto shop experience I've had in a long time. They were able to handle several different major issues with my car, from air conditioning to electrical, and safety issues. They seem to have someone for every thing! As a single mother I have run into a lot of scams. I pray there be no more ever. But this group of people answered all my questions w/o making me feel bad for asking. They also completed the work in the time frame they told me and prices never changed (they are reasonable prices too and the work excellent ). Bravo and God Bless You Guys. You are the good Guys and I will recommend you to anyone who needs car repair. Choose Alexanders!
