Recently used Southtree with a Groupon to have 9 VHS tapes converted to DVDs. Am very happy with this company! I made a mistake while ordering and they corrected my order at NO COST to me! Using the Groupon was a bit challenging but a direct call to Southtree was all it took to clear things up. Their customer service is AMAZING - I didn't think there were companies like this anymore. I read some bad reviews after the fact - not sure what they were about as I have only had very positive experiences with Southtree. I was NOT in a rush for my order - maybe that's the difference. Would recommend and use them again!
