I shopped around on line and found a used (CPO) car I was interested at Tom Peck Ford. My wife stopped by one day to check out the car and I went another to avoid the typical dealership pressure applied when both halves are present, but in our case I doubt it was necessary. When I showed up the car was ready for my test drive, which went well. The negotiation felt fair and it wasn't a fight. The final deal was acceptable and surprisingly, I was driving the new car home in less than 3 hours. I usually avoid buying from a dealership to avoid the pressure and lessen the state sale tax "obligation", but this went surprisingly. We were very satisfied with the deal, the staff and the whole process.
