I have not given a deposit ok because I cannot carry this delivery to my apartment on my own. The deliverer simply rang the doorbell somewhere in the house and parked the delivery on the ground floor / hallway.
I watched the live tracker for 1.5 hours for nothing ...
On another delivery, I could see the driver driving through our street without having delivered the delivery.
