After finding this store by chance one day, my husband and I went back today with house plans in hand and a list of appliances we would like them to quote. However, as we walked in the door not a single person out of the 12+ people we saw spoke to us....not one person. In fact, I watched as three men sat at a desk, one was on the store phone working, the other slid down in his seat to get more comfortable as he held his cell phone up over his face. We were interested in composite cladding, metal store front window systems for our lakefront home, full kitchen appliances, granite / quartz countertops...the whole deal. We were in the store for approximately 40 minutes wandering around on our own. Not a single department offered to help us or ask us if we had already been helped. Very, very disappointed as this store looked like it offered a lot of products that we were looking for. Someone else will be getting our money.
