Called their brimfield location to get an update on my family member after several tries with no answer and getting a Verizon voice mail - I questioned if I had the right number. I decided to call the corporate office to confirm the right number.

So I called their corporate number to confirm number and no one answered. Called their corporate number again and a lady answered and was very rude right from the start. I explained that I needed the number of the Brimfield location because I called and no one answered instead of giving me the number she asked me three or four questions. I had to explain where Brimfield was because she kept saying Tallmadge. She finally gave it to me and then hung up rudely. Really disappointed in this interaction from five star rated company. This lady might have been having a bad day but she didn t need to be rude and didn t have to hang up like that.

I called about 1:15 on Friday in case your want to coach your team on phone etiquette and manners.
