Everything! Where do I even start?!? Gymnazo is my second home (and a lot cleaner than my own, I do have to admit, hahaha ). All the coaches and fellow athletes keep me focused and motivated to keep pushing myself (safely and effectively). I cannot share my story and your program enough; believe me, I'll talk about you guys to anyone that would listen (and even those who don't )!Thank you so much for your knowledge, guidance and support. I'm so glad Michael presented back at Evolve V (now known as Ignite) at MINDBODY when I was in the enrolled in the program. His genuine passion and character in his presentation spoke volumes above the rest and immediately had me hooked. I tremendously appreciate each and every opportunity to work out and learn from him, as well as all the other coaches, respectfully.You guys rock!
