Amazing customer service!!! We had a bad incident...

Amazing customer service!!! We had a bad incident in Austin (not at the hotel ) and the Fairmont staff did everything they could to make our hotel stay wonderful. Beautiful hotel, great location, fantastic staff. Can t wait to come back.
