I have gone through at least 5 property managers in the past few years. Some were good, some not so good. If I had found Premiere Property, LLC the first time around, I would still be with them today. Nick and Ryan are absolutely professional, easy to reach, friendly, transparent, responsive, and their dashboard provides a quick glance at all the numbers. They are experts in their market. They have connections. They make solid recommendations. Before buying, I always ask them if they want to manage it. They give their honest opinions. They practice with integrity. Until any of that changes, all my REI in this market will be managed by them.
