PRO: Well thought out! Excellent Customer Support. Software is very customizable. Saves tons of time once the program is learned (learning curve to become very comfortable approx 6 wks with daily use), provides excellent range of details for just about any kind of event. Looks like Outlook, acts like it as well - except for the mouse scroll.
CON: I find the mouse scroll outdated and VERY annoying - you have to find the invisible scroll bar on the side (it becomes visible when you find it).
Program has enabled me to double my business without adding extra staff. Has improved my in-house systems.
