I have previously had great experiences at this store. My father owns a small business and he has bought a lot of custom orders from this store. Today my mother and I went to buy some Christmas presents. I was looking at an item on the shelf when a worker got in front of me to show a product to another customer. Instead of saying excuse me like a polite human (or just waiting until we moved, I was literally reaching out to grab the product) she didn t even acknowledge our presence. It wasn t only rude, it also broke social distancing guidelines. I m very disappointed and we will be taking our business elsewhere.
