I arrived at 1457 on Avianca from Bogota.I have Global entry and wa s out of customs at 1515 and was told baggage must be placed on the belt to be picked up on carousel 6 second level.After approximately 50 minutes baggage started to arrive.I exited the baggage area at 1610 with my bags.Something needs to be done about this matter I understand safety is number but find another way to speed baggage delivery.
