Worst customer service. Room full of people waitin...

Worst customer service. Room full of people waiting and all the staff is dealing with one client who did not know what finger printing they needed. Instead of one staff member dealing with that while they go processing other clients. Then they had another angry client demanding a refund for the wrong finger print exam.....Meanwhile the waiting room as at a standstill. They treat you as if they are doing you a favor by accepting your money. Go elsewhere!
