Never shop at Tile Showcase!

Never shop at Tile Showcase!
I purchased gorgeous tile for a new bathroom and was told that any extra could be returned for full credit. I arrived today with the extra tile and was told that Special Order tile could not be returned. In addition, my sales person encouraged me to order more, "just on case".
I am now on to my major bathroom renovation and you can be sure that the tile will not be coming from Tile Showcase in Watertown.
