We stayed at Sheraton for 2 nights in October. The rooms are very modern, designed with attention to detail. Breakfast was very tasty,a lot to choose from. There were 2 major problems with our stay. First of all,we were double-charged- when we asked the front desk lady about it, she kept insisting that it wasn't showing looking at her computer screen,but in the end she admitted that indeed our credit card was billed twice. Secondly, a few days after we left Warsaw we realized that we left 2 jackets in our room closet. When we called Sheraton, they said that the only item they had in their Lost&Found was a plastic container. So, here is what I have a problem with: this hotel's housekeeper either steals and the hotel has no clue, or the housekeeper never looked in the closet and the next guest took our jackets.. Well, I bet it's the first option.

November:I was contacted by the hotel manager and they are trying to locate our missing items. I will update my review as soon as I hear back from the housekeeping manager.

11/25- The hotel manager sent me an email that upon completing their investigation,our items were nowhere to be located. I appreciate her looking into it. My suspicion is: a housekeeping team member must have outsmarted all the security systems at the Sheraton..
