I won t put my dog in their care ever again. I don t think they gave her any water or let her outside once during the 8 hours she was there. I ve taken my 2 year old German shepherd mix here once months ago to be groomed without noticing anything strange. Yesterday I decided to try out their day care. I should have known something was up when my dog, who usually is happy to go anywhere with anyone, refused to go into the back area with the girl. I had to walk back to the first door with her and use treats to get her back there. We paid for a full day as well as a bath and nail trim. When my husband picked her up they had given her collar to another dog. They told him they d get it back tomorrow and give him a call. While he checked out, our dog pulled and pulled towards the door facing my husband and barking at him. At the door was a bowl of water she stopped and drank all of it At home she peed for several minutes, came inside and drank all of her water and then begged my husband for even more water. She was stressed at home and took hours to relax. Never again.
