Wow. This place had moved from high end to Days In...

Wow. This place had moved from high end to Days Inn. I m not an over fussy guest but do have an issue with foam pillows. When I called housekeeping they said all feather pillows had been taken by 5.00pm. ? They couldn t tell me how many existed in the hotel but thought setting my alarm for the next day of my stay may put me in line for first available. I asked for a supervisor and incredulously he told me the hotel does not have feather pillows ! I assured him that a 2000 plus bedroom hotel does. He promised to get me two ??!! It s now an hour later andv still waiting.
Episode 2 tomorrow!! But a warning to those who remember the Aria hotel of old....
