This company has not only failed to deliver my ord...

This company has not only failed to deliver my order but limited or no customer care. I ordered a chair to be delivered within 24 hours. Notified three days later that it was no longer in stock, offered a different chair and still awaiting for a refund over two weeks later. Unable to speak to customer services and limited email response. Do not use this company.
