Fundi Johnson was an exceptional technician. He was able to sit down and really take the time to explain the issue and communicated his recommendations. He didn't force any programs but simply explained the features and benefits of what diagnosis and developed a plan to fix the issues. He went above and beyond and I'm now a Fundi "Fan" as well as a John Moore customer for future needs.
