We went to Bingley lidi today for shopping with my mum.
I would like to point out my mum is a pensioner on a low income.



The till operator had to call the manager and he didn't believe me.i told the manager wear the aerial liquid was and the price.
I understand that you have to check but I was treated by the manager I was telling lies.the store was very busy and we was holding the till up.the manager asked the till operator to put a code in which was on the orange label and he did and I dont think it still reduced the cost.
My annoyance is the manager sorted it eventually but he didn't apologises to use ever.
This happens to day at 10.45am ish on the 22/09/2019.

I also want to no what is lidi going to do about it?
