I had to bring my Felicia in for an emergency. She was immediately looked after, the team came together and aided her as she needed.
Dr Michael was amazing. He was very supportive and explained every step of the process he was taking to ensure Felicia will be ok. He was optimistic and professional. He made the very scary experience comforting. The team went out of their way to send me video update on her progress. They looked after her with tender love & care.
I couldn t be more grateful.
