This is a great company and easy to work. Our claim was paid within a couple of days. Some of these other reviews are ridiculous. As long as a claim is made it s going to get paid. Also as long as a funerial home knows there is a legitimate policy your not going to have to take your own money to pay.
I am guessing that a lot of the 1 star reviews come from competitors, because that s all they want to do when I was talking to them.
