This place SUCKS! My best friend wanted all of us bridesmaids to get our dresses here for her wedding. Initially everything was fine. But then issues begin to arise. We ordered the dresses in August and they didn't arrive until January. My friend was told they would be here in December (whatever). BUT here's the thing; the dresses did come in December but two of them were missing, two of them were wrong and one was fine. Instead of coming clean to my friend about the problem they LIED to her about the dresses. They told her they were for a different wedding because they didn't want to solve the problem. That was the first issue. The second issue came when she ordered her wedding invites. The lady who took the order screwed up so badly that when the proof came, nothing was correct. When everything was corrected on the proof they sent in the order for the invites. When the invites came, the order was incorrect. The envelope color was wrong but it was too late to fix that problem. And to top it off, they blamed the company who printed the invites. My friend's mom is a former card shop owner and she used to do business with that very same invitation company and never had any problems with them. Again, Savvy bridal didn't want to take any blame for their own mistakes. And finally, when I picked up my dress and paid the final balance I paid with a check. It took them four weeks to cash my check. Not a big deal but not a great business move either. This place may seem friendly but they have no clue how to be honest and handle problems in the correct manner. STAY AWAY!!!!!
