They called ahead of time, showed up when they were supposed to, were neat and efficient, finished two hours earlier than expected, and clearly explained what I needed to do to maintain my new furnace and air conditioner in terms I could understand. Rob C. and Zach were polite and personable. I'd highly recommend both men.
