It was working lunch meeting but service was so poor that next time i will Avoide going to crown plaza gurgaon. Food Menu and hospitality was absolutely below the mark. Infact there are better option just with in 200 meter proximity of the crown plaza hotel with even lower rate and beter hospitality. Surprisingly they allowed us for buffet lunch but closed all the counter without caring the guests having lunch. Good green salad was ther but we avoided as mosquitoes roaming around the greenary. This is posted with clear intention to improve their own way of working. Good luck.
