They don t help at all! I was given an apartment with downstairs neighbor that smoke in there unit. So my apartment smells like cigarettes. I have a one year old daughter that is being exposed to second hand smoke and they have done nothing about it. They won t move me to another unit and I have called them multiple times and not once have I been able to speak to any of their agents. They never answer there calls! I wouldn t recommend them at all!!!!
