A great place to be if you like 3rd rate people so...

A great place to be if you like 3rd rate people so dull they can't think of a single useful thing to do with their money but hand it over to a gambling club. I visited once, on an upmarket stag night, and it was populated by miserable, style free, characterless but very rich people sitting round gloomily getting rid of their cash. No one even tried to pretend they were having fun.
