October 14, cardiological check-up + renewal of eliquis therapy for dad. Everything is fine except the fact that no one has to resign or booking said that the renewal must be done after the deadline and not within (I would say maybe to train the operators at the counters) so as to avoid mistakes. So far nothing serious but .... the doctor tells me to return on October 23 day after the deadline with the documentation of the visit of the 14 that would have done the renewal.
From here it was an odyssey !! Arrival I expect that the doctor F. goes out of the clinic and I introduce myself reminding him .... expect also in the room that I prepare it. After about 30 minutes he comes out and tells me: I can't get into the portal, go up to the 4th floor by dr. TO

Today, November 14th I go to talk to the doctor and enter the portal and he says: no, we can't do it, we have to do it in the city of pavia ..... so I go looking for dott. F. I explain and he says: okay I see you do it wait ..... 20 minutes later he comes out and tells me: look I can't keep the documentation and call it.
I am furious .... No dott.F. she had to call me already more than 15 days ago .... therapy ends Tuesday can my father not take that drug? Absolutely not (he says), so what do I do?

I exploded: isn't it his problem ??? It is all right !! I hold you personally responsible for what can happen to my father from Tuesday onwards and I will tell you more: if I do not have the document in hand by tomorrow I will start with the complaint against him !!! And I came away .....
At 11 I receive the call: good morning here cardiology from 14:30 can withdraw the therapeutic renewal in the concierge!
Now I say but you have to get to the threat of 1 complaint to get something that is legal to have ???
I bet if I got 250 out of 23, the document would have done it right away!
